+ beach was within easy reach. + innumerable gas barbecues in the outdoor area available. + well-kept outdoor area. + parking lot and Wifi. + spacious apartment. + friendly staff.

The hotel is very centrally located and has good facilities. In the courtyard you can have a nice breakfast outside! In the evening barbecue etc. The beaches in Wasaga Beach are amazing.
The beds are really very uncomfortable. New mattresses would be appropriate. I'm a bit fussy about cleanliness - so I didn't really find it clean - especially in the corners. It is also a little loud at times.

Two separate beds in separate rooms was luxury. All in all, it was a big apartment with a kitchen.
The apartment was not directly by the sea and the sea was not visible.

All in all - had a quiet 2 night stay. The hotel was comfy and in a business location. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lake Huron. The check in was early, the staff was very amiable.

Very nice and helpful staff - we got parasols and chairs for the beach. Every accommodation has its own barbecue.
The bed was uncomfortable and worn out. The bathroom is in need of renovation.

The room was spotless and absolutely fantastic with double beds - loved it. Plus we had a seating area, a study table and a DVD player. The location was absolutely perfect very close to the beach and the atmosphere was quiet!

The suite was well equipped with a microwave and toaster, making it perfect for quick meals. the location was great, just off the main street and close to the beach. We also loved the comfy couch and cable TV for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were quite small and outdated, not matching the pictures we saw online. We were also disappointed with the lack of smoking regulations, as people were allowed to smoke anywhere on the property, even in the patio area where children were eating.

Oasis By the Bay Vacation Suites is a warm and fantastic place to stay. the units are efficient and have double beds. - Its location is convenient for business trips to the Barrie area. - It is close to Wasaga Beach, all ski resorts, Blue Mountain, and the Lake.

We enjoyed our stay at Oasis By The Bay Vacation Suites. The beds were very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen facilities were convenient and well-stocked. we had a pleasant and affordable stay.
